My kids won't stop fighting

I have two daughters - one is three year old and the other is five. They are constantly fighting with each other. It seems like whenever one of them has something (like a toy) the other needs to have it too. I'm at my wits end with this constant screaming and fighting and I don't know what to do anymore. Any suggestions would be more thant greatly appreciated.
